Communicate with Your Subconscious: Muscle Testing 101
Muscle Testing…called applied kinesiology…is a really cool and simple way to ask your subconscious questions and get clear responses, all for your highest good.  Want to know what to eat for dinner…which job to take…which supplements your body needs?  Muscle testing can provide the answers.

Often used by alternative healthcare practitioners, Muscle Testing is something anybody can do because it uses your body’s electrical system and your muscles to access information from your subconscious mind.
All the information you need to know about yourself is stored in your subconscious. To access this information, all you need to do is ask yes or no questions and perform a quick muscle test. The body’s electrical system/muscle response will show a yes or no answer.  It’s about sensing the subtle change taking place in the body (your own or someone else’s).
One hitch--the answers you get are only as good as the electrical system doing the testing. So, if your energy is a bit ‘off’ or scrambled, then the answers you get for yourself or someone else –may be off or reversed.
Learn different ways to muscle test yourself, how to muscle test others, and how to clear, balance or unscramble your energy for the most accurate results.
